have the pictures trough this stage. You can glue a pice of foam inside the body to atatch the bottom part.The tule was pleated and glued to the uncovered body part of cardstock.

| Make a cone using cardstock and use hot glue to fix ribbon |
Supplies: tule, ribbon, wood shoppe 1 1/2", wood stick, cardstock, hot glue. You can find everything at Hobby Lobby.
